Shipping Information
We ship to worldwide range and the shipping is also free unless you request express delivery.
Unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped from China and the delivery will take about 7 - 14 business days.
All packages will come with a tracking number, you will get an email of shipping information including the tracking number once your order is shipped out from our warehouse.
Notice:
1, If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by you, you need to bear all postages. So, please make sure the address is correct and complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name.
2, When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are requested for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted.
3, If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer may take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found during that period, we can reship your order.
4, Orders can be cancelled only before it is processed. If the warehouse has already processed the order, we do not guarantee cancellation.
